To the Taggart Family, I just heard about the passing of a colleague and friend. I meet Bill when I first moved to Charlotte, NC and started working for Wachovia. Bill was a leader and gentle person. We could call on him when we needed a guest speaker at our Urban Financial Services meetings and workshops. May God continue to bless Elizabeth, his Mom and the rest of his family. You are missed.
