Remembering you on your birthday.

We published an article in a national nursing journal and that lead me to publish more and two books. However, working with him was the greatest uplift in my life and always will be. Thank you, Dr. Terry.

Elizabeth, Elise just told me about Jeff. I am so sorry for your tremendous loss. Prayers are with your family.

So sad to hear of Jeff's passing.....he was doing a rotation on URO as an intern @ UK when I was a PGY-1 resident and I just remember him as the nicest guy who would do anything for you...a great physician who left us too soon.

Dr.Terry, was a fine physician , who always had a smile,he treated my nephew Travis Williams, who has spina bifida for the last 9 1/2 years it , has been a joy to know him he will be truly missed by all, sorry our condolence and sympathy came after your family's loss we found out
on Sept.5, while my nephew was in hospital by one of the physicans

You were a sweet and caring doctor and will be missed by many. :(

My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. He was my daughters pediatric urologist and he was such a nice man. He will be greatly missed.

Our family is shocked and saddened to hear of the passing of Dr. Terry. He was my grandson's doctor and my great nieces' doctor years ago. He was a special man. God bless Dr. Terry and all who love him.
