When my wife and I first met Bill it was clear he had two passions in life... first and most important was his lovely wife Marlene and second was boating. Bill was a wealth of knowledge and stories. Everyone was his friend. Rest in Peace Bill, may the wind always be at your back.

My late husband and I knew Bill when he lived in Troy. Enjoyed a few trips up North. Bill was so engaging. So sorry we didn't stay in touch. Condolences to his family.

Whenever you bumped into Bill, you could be assured it was going to be a lively conversation! My father and Bill enjoyed their time together as well. It was a life well lived, and he will certainly be missed.
