Dr. William Y. Thompson

I was sorry to hear of Dr. Thompson's passing. Since I was a History major at Tech, he was my advisor and could always be counted on to give sound, reliable advise, whether about which courses to take or other issues in general. Even more importantly, he and all the members of the Tech History Department were wonderfully supportive of my own parents in my Dad's final days.
