William Arthur "Bill" Thompson

So very saddened to hear just recently of Bill's passing. While we had not kept up a close relationship after graduating from Worthington, we had begun getting together when he came to the mountains of Western North Carolina to visit his daughter Anna in Brevard, NC. Bill was a good friend and an imposing figure on the mound for the Worthington Cardinal baseball team, especially our senior year, helping us to be co-champs of the CBL. I was very sorry to hear of Bill's passing, I enjoyed working with him at National Piggyback, Mark VII and MODE, there was never a dull moment with him in the room. Rest in peace, you deserve it!

My dear trusted and great friend Bill, will truly be missed. We had a lot of fun working and socializing together. I was so honored to have met this kind gentleman. My sincere and deepest condolences to Susan, Todd, Aaron & Anna, and family May he rest in peace.
