My sister Jody and I were privileged to be raised in a local church (first in New Haven and then in Milford) where the Thompson family played a major role. Bro. Thompson assisted my father in both places and made a unique contribution to our spiritual formation as children and teenagers. We regarded him as a great man of God and a patriarch in every sense. We trust that the Lord will be a sweet comfort to the Thompson family during this time of parting. Well done!
