Entered into eternal rest on Friday, November 7, 2025. Beloved husband of Daphne Tilly. Also survived by a devoted daughter, Juanette T. Poles (Kevin Poles Sr.); two grandchildren, Kevin L. Poles Jr and Kyler Poles; sister, Dr. Elena Marie Tilly; niece, Jacqueline Sisco; nephews, Warren Douglas, Cameron Douglas, Breon Wells, Regis Wells, Percelle Robbins and Marcus Robbins; four sister-in-law, Bishop Wanda J. Sisco, Marilynn Wells, Sheila Robbins, and Cynthia Douglas; cousin Pat Tilly; and a host of other relatives and friends. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at the Maple Springs Baptist Church, 4131 Belt Road, Capitol Heights, MD from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Interment: Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, MD on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 11:15 a.m. Services by Hodges & Edwards Funeral Home.
