I met Bill in 1973, when I was stationed up at Great Lakes Naval Base, & we moonlighted at various hospitals together. We ended up on staff together at Evanston, and he always took good care of our patients. He was a great guy and a great friend, and I send my condolences to Barbara and the entire family. Would that there were more people with the energy and love of life that Bill had!

I worked with Dr. Tingle back in the 1970's when he was a resident and moonlighted as the attending physician in the Emergency Room at Evanston Hospital. And then of course my family and I were his patients until his retirement. He was always kind and extremely professional. A great doctor who I've missed since his retirement. We send our sympathy for your great loss.
