I had the privilege of knowing and working for Bill Tinker during the 90's. Bill was a consummate professional who was also highly principled. A nicer guy I have never known. After retirement I was fortunate to keep up with Bill and Twyla. Twyla, Joan and I send our prayers to you and your family. I will never forget either of you. Bill's passing is sad, but I know he is with the angels in heaven looking down.

Dearest Uncle Bill, You outlived Nick by 35 years and so became like a dad to me. Thank you for your wisdom that you've shared with Robert and I. We'll miss your wonderful smile and love for our family. Now, you can share our love with our heavenly family that you've joined. Rest in peace, sweet UBT! Love, Theresa
