Bill Toombs stands as one of the "Grand Gentlemen" in the field of Higher Education. Our deepest condolences to Dr.Bill's family. I have the happiest memories of our years working together at the Center. Because Dr. Bill shared happenings with family and Jean, I felt I knew you all so well. I always referred to him as a Renaisance Man.
