Our deepest condolences to Dr.Bill's family. I have the happiest memories of our years working together at the Center. Because Dr. Bill shared happenings with family and Jean, I felt I knew you all so well. I always referred to him as a Renaisance Man.

My condolences to the Toombs family. Many of the students he took to the doctoral level were employees of student affairs. He pesonified the highest level of academic excellence and was a great supporter of our efforts in student affairs.A life exceptionally well lived. Raymond Murphy, VP Emeritus
