Watching Bill grow up it is hard to believe that he is no longer with us. It was always so great to catch up with him and his dad, Barney, at competitions. I am so sorry I was not able to make the services...would have loved to see Jeannie and Ann. Sending you healing hugs. Your old neighborhood friend.

I will miss you Bill! It was such a pleasure having you as our drum major at Reilly Raiders! You were an inspiration and role model for so many of us.

My deepest sympathy to Bill's family. May your memories help keep Bill in your heart forever.

Dear Toomey family,

Give you all comfort knowing he is in a far better place then we can imagine.
