I remember visiting with Billy Ray with our family get togethers with my parents Floyd and Sandra Wingate of which past away on Oct. 16. 2020 on the same day. I am passing this information on to other family member that might on get the Courier paper. We are praying for the family during the time of loss on earth knowing Billy is in glory with our Lord Jesus Christ in eternity. Of we will be reunited in heaven someday. May the Lord bless each on of the kids, grandkids and great grand kids....
