Our deepest sympathy to Esther and all the Tosti family. My memory of Bill is a man of joy, non-stop energy and deep devotion to God. We were fortunate to have him as our Prayer Group leader many years in Long Beach, where he influenced his fellow Christians to a deeper faith and trust in the Lord.
