Mrs. Traill i was a friend of Bills, we were both instructors at Local 12, I am deeply saddened to hear of his passing. I would have attended his service but I just read in the Local 12 newsletter of his passing. My heart and prayers go out to you & Bills family. Frank Shea

Eileen, we will always remember our first Christmas in Maine and how you and Bill welcomed us into your home and into the neighborhood. Bill was so proud to show us pictures of all his grandchildren. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during such a difficult time.
