William S. Trauner

William S. Trauner of Hamilton Township, 64 years of age, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 15 with his loving family by his side. Mr. Trauner was born in Trenton in 1945. He graduated from Steinert High School in1964 participating in soccer and softball leagues in Hamilton Township. Bill was a member of PBA Local #66. He was a Sergeant with the Hamilton Township Police Department retiring with 25 years of service. Bill moved to Las Vegas, Nevada and lived there 15 years. He recently returned and lived in Hamilton Township. Predeceased by his mother and father, Alice and Walter Trauner, Sr., surviving are three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Walter and Laura Trauner of Hamilton, Thomas and Marlene Trauner of CT and Frederick Trauner of Hamilton; a special niece, Deborah Lockwood and husband Robert; a nephew, Mark Trauner; special cousins, Joyce Ward and Mary Ann Baginski and several grand-nieces, grand-nephews and cousins. The Funeral Service will be held 9:30 am Saturday at the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square. Entombment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery Mausoleum, Hamilton.
