My family is sorry to hear of Bill's passing. Bill and Vivian are great friends of my mother, Susan Warren. Bill was always insightful and possessed a wonderful down to earth demeanor. He will be missed by friends and family alike.

It was only a few months ago Bill and I were sitting in front of his computer, discussing the merits of social networking, Face Book, and community building through philanthropic causes. Progressive and practical to the end! My heart goes out to the whole enormous circle of family and friends who have lost such a great and decent man. It was an honor to know him.

It was a great pleasure for us to have a friendship with Bill and Vivian since
we discovered we were relatives after the marking of Lt. Joshua Treat's grave who served in the Rev. War. Our
sincere condolences to the family.
Guy & Fran Grant, Orono, Me.

We were sad to read of Bill's death. his remarkable sense of humor and enjoyment of life will live on in our
hearts. We greatly appreciated your hospitality, Vivian, when you and Bill
invited us to dinner at your home in
Stradham and your club at Port Royal. It seems like only a few months ago that we chatted at Bonta. Our prayers
are with you and Jonathan. God Bless you. John and Eileen McEachern.

Bill meant so much to each member of our family. A great man, an inspiration, a constant delight, a dear friend. We will miss him badly but remember him always.

To the Treat Family;
On behalf of my dad, Malcolm E. Foley, I would like to offer my condolences. Bill and my dad were great friends and I'm sure my dad would have wanted to say goodbye.
