William H.M. "Bill" Truman

I have known Bill for several years. We only knew each other over the phone and never actually met in person. However, I considered him truly a friend and one of my favorite clients. When ever he called, or I called him, he truly put a smile on my face. I always looked forward to speaking with him, because I knew he would brighten my day. It is such a sad loss, he was such a special person.

We were truly shocked to hear about the death of your parents. Not only were they our mailbox customers, they were truly our friends. Your parents were our favorite customers. Always a friendly smile and wonderful conversations. They always had a Can Do attitude and were a warm and loving couple. Our deepest sympathy to all of you. They were truly taken too early in life.
