I wish to offer my condolence to the family of Billy. I played a lot of golf with him in the past at Ludlow Country Club. The thing I remember most about Billy is his ever so positive attitude and of course his athletic ability as a senior. He once brought me a jar of Irish soil from a trip to Ireland so I could sprinkle it on my mother’s grave. I know he touched the lives of many and he will be missed. God Bless.
