William (Bill) D. Twarog, 43, of Bethesda, died Sunday, July 4, 2021 at Barnesville Hospital.
 
He was born on June 26, 1978, in Wheeling, a son of  Roger D. and Sandra E. Todd Twarog of Flushing. He was a graduate of Union Local High School and Belmont College, an employee of Bill's Towing, St. Clairsville and a member of the Flushing Alliance Church.  
 
Surviving, in addition to his parents, are his wife Jacqueline Shawhan Twarog, a daughter, Jessalyn R. Twarog and a step daughter, Alicia R. Celli; one brother, James (Stacey) Twarog of Neffs and one step brother, Roger (Diana) Twarog, of St. Clairsville.
 
Friends will be received at the Flushing Alliance Church, Thursday, from 2-4 and 6-8 where services will be held on Friday, July 9, 2021 at 11:00am with Pastor Nathan McKeen officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Warren Funeral Home, Flushing. Online condolences may be made at www.warrenfuneralhome.net

I am shocked and deeply saddened to hear of Bill’s passing. Growing up with Bill, I have so many wonderful memories of the good times we experienced together. He was a good friend and a good person. My prayers go out to his parents and his family. I am so sorry. May God be with you all.

Bill was such a kind man with a huge heart. He was like part of our family and like a big brother to our children. We will miss him terribly! Will miss his humor and seeing him at praise practice and visits at our house. Our heart hurts for Jackie, Jessa , Sandy and Roger and family. Bill will be missed by all who knew him. He will be remembered as a man who loved his daughter Jessa and the Lord. I am glad he was a joy to his parents Roger and Sandy. He also loved his brother Jimmy. RIP Bill . I will miss you !
