The world has lost someone very special. Bill was an energetic, charming man with a good sense of humor. I know you and Bill loved each other so much! You and the family are in our thoughts and prayers. Mark and I wish to extend our warmest sympathy and condolences to you and the family.

Bill was a very accomplished trial lawyer and property developer. He succeeded well above average in the law and wisely invested profits into commercial real estate. I had the pleasure of knowing Bill both professionally and as real estate entrepreneurs which made our lives even more interesting. Bill and Martha were a wonderful couple, both dynamic and energetic together. Martha, Matt and Zack, please accept my condolences. One of my fondest memories as a Cal undergrad was a visit with Bill to a jazz venue in San Francisco. As we were leaving, some guy pulled up in his car driving too fast and nearly hit us. Bill waited until the “gentleman” entered the club then proceeded to let the air out of one of his tires.
