Not sure what to say?

We are so sorry for your loss, we will sure miss hearing all of Bills tales and adventures. What an incredible man he was! Sending hugs and prayers ❤

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will miss you always.

Laurie, We are so sorry for your huge loss. We're thinking of you with prayers.

Laurie. I am so sad to hear of Bills' passing. I'm in Assisted Living in Bristol, due to health issues and sorry I could not visit in person. My prayers are with you.

I worked for Bill for several years and he was truly one of a kind. His presence in the shoreline community was respected and unparalleled. I couldn´t begin to count how many customers would see the logo on my shirt and ask me to "Tell Bill so-and-so says hello!" He taught me many things, and was always quick to turn the roughest day into a sunny one with a quick witted joke or story. My love to RVW, Laurie, and the entire VWGC extended family.

I'm so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. I knew him when I worked for East Haven Landscape Supply many years ago. He was always smiling and had pleasant messages coming out to all of us. May he rest in peace and my sympathy to his family.

Laurie, very sorry to hear about Bill. He was a great guy that fought many battles. He will be missed. I´m glad you had your boating adventure with him last year. Condolences to his children.

I didn't know Bill well but was quite aware of his volunteerism, sense of community and philanthropy as well as his survival mindset. He was definitely a man to admire and nurtured a family and business to admire. I have been a loyal patron of Van Wilgen's because of that. My deepest sympathies to his family. May his memory always be a blessing.
