All Bill's many friends at Central Airlines and the old Frontier Airlines are saddened to hear of his passing. Our condolences to his family

I am so sorry to hear that Uncle Bill is gone; I just didn't realize it would be so quick! He was my favorite uncle and I will really miss him.
Growing up, I remember all the fun activities he organized for us kids, Easter egg hunts, Fourth of July fireworks, picnics, etc.
He was always so good to me and my children too whenever we visited Texas. They all remember the fun swimming parties, family dinners and exciting “war stories” of his flying adventures.
Later, when I got...

I'm so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. I was part of the youth group at FUMC Hurst that Bill and Lee were so involved with. I remember many swim parties at the Vance home and so many other activities. I also have fond memories of Bill's "John Wesley" and his divinity. A great man.

Our little girls will miss visiting Bill every week. Were so glad they got to be a part of his life.

It was such an honor to know Mr.Vance. He was such a fabulous person and made me smile on many occasions. My children adored him as well. We miss him so much, but we know he is in Heaven with his wife- where he longed to be.

Will always treasure our friendship with Bill and Lee Vance. They shared their lovely home and back yard for many summer events. We will never forget the Sunday morning we heard this eloquent and thundering voice from the back of the sanctuary as he protrayed our Methodist founder, John Wesley. How blessed we have been to have had Bill and Lee in our lives. Jean and Frankie Adams
