Mr. Vander Plaat (Big Bill) to some of us who were close friends to his son, Jim, was a good friend and mentor. Skiing on Greenwood Lake, swimming in the family pool in Paramus and lots of laughs in between are memories I have had and will have as long as my memory lasts.
