To: Brenda and family. I know Bill fought the good fight over a long period of time. I am sure he was able to do so because of the tremendous support and love from you and the family. As I write this email I cannot help but smile and think of all the times we played ball either at the Venino gyms or up in the Holmdel gym. Such great memories. I am a grade school classmate of Bill, affectionately known as "Punk", back in the day. My clearest recollection of Punk was the magic he generated on a basketball court. He was amazing. I was always "blown away" how a person with such short fingers could "palm" a basketball. I offer my sincere condolences to his friends and family.
