Bill Vick was a great person to know and work with. I had the pleasure of knowing him first as an Orleans County Legislator many years ago. My father introduced him to me and when I was involved in county government we became good friends. He will be missed. May his family be comforted by God's grace. God bless you all as you mourn his passing at such a young age.
