Photos from the day I met Bill. The Joybox Express (piano bicycle tour) came to town, and I was pedalling to the GR Bike Park to meet them, hauling my trailer and sousaphone. Bill rode up alongside, noticed the horn, offered, "greetings, fellow musician!"

I'm so sorry to read of the passing of Billy. He was a percussion student of my cousin Erwin Mueller at Ball State. Though I never met Billy personally, Erwin and Barbara from Muncie sang his praises profusely. I know how they loved Billy and kept in touch long after the school years were over. My deepest sympathies to his family.
