I only recently learned of Kim's death. I will always remember Kim as a very capable attorney and as a truly fine man. It was my privilege to have known him. I wish to extend my sympathy regarding Kim's passing to his family. He will really be missed. Stephen P. Tokoly

Kim Wade was a Southern gentleman and just one fine guy. Been many years but he made such lasting impressions. I´m out of state and living in Oklahoma and at present family illness prevented me from earlier contact; however, I felt compelled to express my sincerest sympathy for the loss of a such an all-around great individual.
