Not sure what to say?

Knew Bill when he was a cabinet maker and when he freelanced on special building projects at the Everson when I was curator there in the eighties. A perfectionist, he was the indespensible "go-to-guy" when it came to construction + engineering issues. I have wonderful memories of his gentle competence, his wit, his compassion. A fond farewell to a brave, straightforward soul and my deep sympathies to Kris and the family. Dominique Nahas NYC

Bill was a childhood friend. I loved hanging out with Neil, Danny Peck and Bill. I pray that God has him and his family firmly in His arms.

Bill was an amazing uncle! I love him so much. I remember the time when he built my wooden garage, it even had a slot on the roof so the trucks didn't roll off.

Stunned & saddened. Bill will be missed by many. My heart goes out to Kris & the rest of the family. How he adored you all!

Bill was a great guy. I was impressed with his craftsmanship skills, but Bill and I would usually talk about cars which he was an expert on when it came to working on VW's. I knew Bill from the Everson and was always impressed with the furniture and fixtures that he made for the Museum. He was great at keeping all of the plates spinning and managed the chaos very well. Bill will be greatly missed.

God Bless.

I am so saddened to hear of Bill's passing. I have many fond memories of his time working here at Syracuse Housing Authority - his great laugh and sense of humor, love of family and comraderie with co-workers. My sympathy and prayers to the Waelder Family.

So Sad to hear of Bills passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with Kris and family.
