I was in Mr. Walker´s art class at Erwin HS and he was encouraging and an excellent teacher. He gave me the opportunity to paint a large piece that was displayed at the auditorium in downtown Birmingham. The encouragement and art work really helped me through some difficult times and I am grateful for the atmosphere he set in the classroom.
