Where to begin...? I knew Bill for many years. First was through school, beginning in grade school. But I also rode the same school bus as Bill until we reached that age of being able to drive. We also played on the same Basketball teams through out High School until his graduation. During those years, Bill was always respectful to "everyone". He was a truly a special man and will be missed by many. He helped so many people here on earth with his special talents. They say God takes only the very special ones early in their lives. We will keep his family in our prayers.
