Mr.Bill was a great man and friend. I have been Sue's friend for
about 35 years, we worked at the Federal Reserve together.
That's how I meet Mr.Bill, he helped me out many times and I
appreciated it very much. I gave him a kitten, Muffett. named after
her Mom Muffyanne, that he loved so much. I have some photos
of him with the cat. I am sad to hear of his passing and thankful
he did not suffer. My deepest Sympathy to all.

I am so very sad......my Uncle Cephas was a sweet man. He was quiet, but was always there for all of his brothers when they most needed him. My heart goes out to his immediate family. May god rest his soul!
