Dear Gail and Family,

Hearing of Billy's passing broke my heart. He really was a lovely man. I admired the man he was, a loving family man, a hard worker, a great friend. We had many conversations about his family and his love of the farm and his dogs, cats and horses. He was a sweet, dear man.

He truly will be missed. God Bless Billy and the...
