Twenty years ago I was teamed with Bill in
a Calcutta tennis tournament - Bill was ranked first and was paired with the 64th or worst player - me. Many gifted athletes would have lamented if not groused about having to play with the poorest player. Due to Bill's graciousness, kind instruction and upbeat spirit we advanced two rounds - two rounds better...
