Loving father passed away Saturday, October 1, 2016 at his home; age 76 years.  Bill was born on March 3, 1940 in Sault Ste. Marie, MI to the late Richard and Rose Watchorn.  He was married to Geraldine Rexius; she predeceased him on June 10, 2010. Bill honorably served in the United States Army, was employed at The Interlake Steamship Company then General Motors until his retirement. He was a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church (Saginaw) and loved watching sports and camping.


 


Surviving are a daughter; Julie (Tony) Reid from Andover, KS, a son; Billy (Randi) Watchorn from Frankenmuth, MI, grandchildren; Nicole Reid, Erin Reid, Christian Reid, Haley Watchorn and Jared Watchorn, one great grandchild Aiden, and one brother Robert (Bernice) Watchorn.


 


Bill was preceded in death by 6 brothers and sisters.


 


Funeral services will take place on Saturday October 8, 2016 at 12:00 pm at St. Mark Lutheran Church,   2565 N. Miller Road, Saginaw, MI.  Rev. Ed Meyer will officiate with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.  Family will receive visitors at St. Mark Lutheran Church on Saturday October 8, 2016 from 10 am – 12 noon. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to St. Mark Lutheran Church.
