Major William Wayne Watkins, 78, of Chipley, passed peacefully into the arms of God at his home Sunday, Feb, 5, 2017. In 1957-1960 Wayne, Frank Sr., and Mother lived across the road from my folks on Hwy. 390 in PCity. I was in high school at the time, and remember Wayne as a lover of horses. I know he had one black horse, he rode all the time. Wayne was a hard worker,
And a nice person. I lost track of him after that time, RIP Wayne.

Liz, Frank, Erin, Emily, Eric, Madison, Cameron and Reese..
Our thoughts and prayers of strength are with all of you! Even though I didn't know Mr. Watkins...his love of life and especially his passion for animals shines through in all of you! I'm quite sure he is smiling down from Heaven knowing what beautiful people you are!!
