I remember Judge Weaver with deserved respect. I first met him when Judge Weaver was an attorney in the '70's and I was a new court reporter in Lake County, doing deposition work. Later when I worked for the Lake County Courts, he appeared as counsel for clients. Judge Weaver was always kind and helpful in my early career whenever I spoke to him. I know he was admired and respected as Juvenile judge. I knew later he was helpful at the same church we attended. May he rest in peace and...

My sincere condolences to the Weaver family. It was my pleasure to have known Judge Weaver professionally as an attorney and then as a fine Judge. He was an outstanding man in many ways and deserving of utmost respect.
