So sorry to hear of Bill´s passing. I remember him well from Lancaster days. Dad (Jack Ardelt) told us about how tom and bill came to see him when we moved to Madison and asked dad if he thought it was a good idea to think about real estate in the Madison area. Fresh out of school, dad advised them to be cautious but that yes, it might be a good time to start up a company. Look at you all these years later! It certainly was a good idea!
