Uncle Bill was quite a man. He had such dry humor he would tell you something and you would think he was serious...then you would see the corner of his mouth twitch and you would know he was pulling your leg. I believe he could fix anything or solve any problem that came along. And I know right now he is drinking his fill of root beer floats and teasing Aunt Marie mercilessly. He was greatly loved and admired, and will be deeply missed...until such time as we meet again. My sympathy to...
