I am so deeply sorry for your loss.
Bill was certainly "one of the good guys." I worked with Bill at the Susquehanna River School. He always had a positive attitude towards the students and kind words of encouragement.

His tales of the river were fascinating. He shared this common river interest with Ethel, family and friends.
I enjoyed conservations on their cozy porch and they often shared photos of their beautiful...

We worked with Bill 20 years ago and remember him fondly. He was always quick with a smile or laugh.

Sorry to read of Bill's passing. Worked with him on the Rte.30 projects in Lancaster back in the late 90's and early 2000's. Extending my deepest sympathy to you all in this time of sorrow.

Bill & I met at various live music events years ago which continued for years. My wife Nancy and I slowly became friends with him as we always talked about the music we both loved. Our friendship strengthened when Bill first encountered his cancer several years ago. Nancy helped to comfort and encourage him since she herself was a cancer survivor. I will miss seeing Bill around at music events and miss his Facebook postings but one thing I can take away is that he is responsible for expanding...
