William "Bill" West, age 88, of Hillsboro, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on Oct. 15, 1936, in May Hill, Ohio, the son of the late Marion Hammond and Nellie Irene (Morrison) Hammond.
