Stopping by the desk for a chat was always the best... Bill always had a quick smile and a witty line or two to lift my spirits. He shared his love for his family, job and life with those he came in contact with. He will be greatly missed.

We worked together Friday night and I stopped at the desk to talk as usual. I wanted to tell you something and could not remember what it was. I told you I would be back if I remembered.
