Bill was a super friend and neighbor growing up on Pleasant St. The fond memories of those days of playing 'CHASE' after dark and munching fresh carrots and grapes from 'The Gardens' will live on always. And my deepest condolences are extended to Bill's wife and family as well as siblings,Tommy, Kathy, and Roxanne. Thanks again Billy for all those early fun times in the Franklin and Pleasant neighborhood. God be with you brother.
