William Whitacre

I was on Bill's first basketball team he coached in Canton, Missouri. I knew him before that time when he played on the Culver-Stockton basketball team. He was always very nice and patient with me. He was particularly proud of how high I could jump, and he reminded me of that when I last saw him at my 50th High School reunion in 2014.
