Not sure what to say?

As I turn 70 years of age, I still experience moments that I cherish in my business life that I would not have recognized had I not been under your guidance at UNLV. You are remembered.

Our most sincere condolences. The Holy Spirit Church community prays for Tom and his family.

Tom was a terrific individual and did so much for Nevada. Thinking of him now brings back great memories. Frankie Sue DelPapa

I am saddened to hear of the passing of this good and fine man who was instrumental in the development of the UNLV Business College and the management of a major economic department under my father, Governor Mike O'Callaghan, for the State of Nevada. I worked for the good doctor and he mentored me through my UNLV path to a business degree, thereby laying a solid foundation for my own life. Dr. White is missed.

Dr. White was a mentor and friend, and I had the pleasure of golfing with him on several occasions. A remarkable career, and even more remarkable man. I have thought of him often over the years, always very fondly.

Dr. White was my economics professor when I was a UNLV undergrad. He was a terrific teacher and a terrific person. I wish I had had the chance to get to know him better, and I'm glad I got to know him at all. My thoughts are with his family and friends.

Our hearts are saddened by the loss of Tom, a wonderful man and our dear friend. We will miss our dinners together and how willing Tom would share his intelligence and life stories. What an incredible mind. You are in our hearts and will be remembered forever.
God Bless and rest in peace, we love you, Skip, Kathy, Jerry and Tina

Please accept my condolences. May you find comfort knowing that God is near you and is a refuge during this difficult time. Psalms 9:9

Tom White was truly an incredible men. From a WWII pilot and veteran, to a UA athlete, to a UNLV business school dean, to an entrepreneur and philanthropist. He was always inquisitive, insightful and most of all, he was always a friend. A great man that I will truly miss.
