William ‘Bill’ Fenton Whiting

Had William Shakespeare met Bill Whiting, he would have had an elevated view of a great profession. Bill was a consummate professional. A zealous advocate; disciplined and thoughtful writer and one who practiced his profession at the highest level. We have all been enriched by having known him. Judge Robert McGuiness

Tried to post on the 8th so here goes again. Bill was one of the nicest people I ever worked with. He came to the courthouse in March 2022 when a memorial plaque was being installed in memory of my husband. I do remember him being very quiet and not his usual outgoing self so now that question is answered. So sorry he and his family had to go through this and his prolonged suffering. My sincere condolences.
