Wanda, you have my deepest condolences on the passing of your dear husband Bill. I recall meeting him several times in the summer of 1975 when I volunteered for you in Chuck Whalen's Dayton office. Mr. Bill was always so welcoming to his kids lifelong friends, good for a beer chat and always had a smile on his face. A quiet man who was always watching what was going on and often chuckling at all the chatter, you will be missed.
