He was a remarkable man who always had a big smile and cheerful word for everyone, regardless of his own mood. He loved you very, very much. I think of Bill often, and will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.

Vessie and family, I had the honor of working with Bill on the Raytown Human Relatons Commission for a number of years. He was a delightful human being. He was always very upbeat and happy. My sincere condolences to all of you on the loss of a fine man.
