Just happened to stumble upon Bills obituary. To the family very sorry to hear of his passing. I met Bill in august 1969 in gulfport Mississippi. We went thru bootcamp and hurricane camille that destroyed the building we were in. After boot camp we went to california for military training . after completion we were both sent to vietnam with cbmu 301.
