Our sincere condolences to the family, classmates, and friends of our Manatee High School Class of 1970 Alumnus. Billy went above and beyond in helping us honor our forty-nine Alumni killed in the line of duty by designing, building, and installing, at his cost, the display in the lobby of the Davis Building at Manatee High School.
