Not sure what to say?

In loving memory of a wonderful person. You brought joy, laughter and smiles along with rays of sunshine to so many people in our town. We will love you and miss you always, my friend.

Bill was a good friend and a good sports editor at the Rutland Herald. I enjoyed working with him there.

Our thoughts are prayers are with you all.

Billy was truly a super senior/receiving no accolades. He just quietly and faithfully helped many in this community. God bless Billy for his service to our community and our country. He will be missed. My sincere condolences to Dee and family. Ethel Kelly Contratti

Bill is missed by all of his friends at the Young at Heart Senior Center and the Poultney Food Shelf. Both organizations are better for having had him as a volunteer and a friend. His kindness and generosity will not be forgotten by any of us. Sincere condolences to his family.

To all of Bill's family I offer my sincere condolences for your loss. Willy was a very good athlete, a gentleman, and most of all a fine human being. Yeah, he was a Red Sox fan and me a Yanks fan, but we did share a love of the 'Sport of Kings' and with that being said, I'll just say rest in peace Cousin and I'll see you in the winners circle.
